White Castle Selling Veggie Sliders From Elmwood Park’s Dr. Praeger’s

White Castle Veggie Slider

Starting New Year’s Day, White Castle will begin serving their first ever Veggie Slider, as a healthier alternative on their menu. After a successful limited time run, the permanent menu item is available with the choice of three sauces: Honey Mustard, Ranch or Sweet Thai. The sliders will retail for 99 cents each.

The Veggie Slider itself has some Bergen County roots: it’s produced by Dr. Praeger’s — a business probably well known for their veggie burgers & cakes — that’s headquartered in Elmwood Park. The veggie burger their sourcing to White Castle is composed of vegetables (carrots, zucchini, peas, spinach, broccoli) and placed on the signature White Castle slider bun.

Nearby locations of the chain include Hasbrouck Heights, Little Ferry, Clifton, North Bergen and Nanuet. For more information on the Veggie Slider and White Castle, visit their website. For more information on Dr. Praeger’s and their product line, visit their website.
