Mandoo Cafe is now officially the second dumpling restaurant to open in Tenafly this month — the first was Dumpling King on Grove Street. It is occupying the former Olive Bakery (before that Savoy Bakery) location.

The restaurant (see menu below) serves a mix of Chinese and Korean dumplings — including various fried/steamed buns and dumplings — along with a few soups and other small dishes. There’s even a few Americanized versions of Mandoo sandwiches with choice of breakfast meat (bacon, Taylor ham, sausage), egg and cheese. The restaurant has a small dining area, about 10-12 seats — and is open 6 days (Tuesday-Sunday) a week.
