Pesto Italian Bistro, a restaurant serving both traditional and “neuvo” Italian cuisine, has opened in Park Ridge (across from Mariner’s Bank). It’s owned by Mendim Kabo, previously of Verde in Morris Plains for the last 7 years. He hopes to provide an excellent table cloth dining experience at reasonable prices ― offering a standard menu (View Lunch; View Dinner) with small plate options for appetizers and salads to go along with their Italian entrees. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday and is BYO.
