Open for about a month, Uncle Louie’s Pizza is a takeout-heavy Italian restaurant and pizzeria in Franklin Lakes. The menu (View Menu) is a mix of standard NY-style pizzas, including their signature Grandma Pizza. Owner David Branciato in the business since the late 80s in Boonton and renovated the whole space – turning what he says was a “pizza place” into a “pizza place and Italian restaurant” with specials everyday. They are open seven days a week and offer local delivery.
