Chef Peter Beck Joins Team at Mausam in Secaucus

Indian restaurant Mausam in Secaucus – they also have outlets in Montclair and Clifton – has announced the arrival of Chef Peter Beck to their culinary team. As with most high level changes in the kitchen, a new menu has also been crafted. (View Menu (PDF))

Chef Beck has spent his career cooking in India, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, England, and Hong Kong. Since 1994, Beck has been executive chef at NYC’s Tamarind and then Benares.
