Berliner Donuts Return to Patisserie Florentine in Englewood

They’re back. Patisserie Florentine owner Tomer Zilkha has begun Berliner Donut production for the season. For the next three weeks ― limited time only until Christmas Eve ― these pastries are made with a starter that slowly ferments into a light and airy doughnut. This season they will feature the following flavors: Madagascar vanilla custard, Nutella, Framboise marmalade, Strawberry marmalade, pumpkin custard, Apple compote and plain.
