Another week, another update to the prepared foods venues at Whole Foods Paramus. Their sushi station is now run by Kikka Sushi – they recently launched at the Chelsea NYC location as well.

According a rep from Whole Foods, Kikka only uses the highest quality ingredients available and have high quality standards – they practice responsible environmental stewardship by minimizing waste and source their seafood from companies that focus on sustainability.

Their new offerings are available beginning today, but an official menu was not yet available. They do have a list of Whole Foods menu options at their website (View Menu; scroll down to ‘Whole Foods Sushi Bar’), though we cannot guarantee all will be offered.
