New Chef and Updated Menu at Central Kitchen Englewood Cliffs

According to an email from owner Joe Sansotta, Central Kitchen in Englewood Cliffs has hired Chef Paul Joseph as their new Executive Chef. Chef Joseph trained at the Culinary Arts Institute – Hudson County College and has worked in both NYC (Tavern on the Green, Bobby Van’s Steakhouse) and New Jersey (Sweet Basil in West Orange, Sweet Basil in West Orange) during his career. Most recently he was Executive Chef at FireBird Russian Restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC.

For the Central Kitchen menu (View Menus), Chef Paul has begun using many organically grown produce and free-range meats, and sources his own sustainable ingredients from local farmers and vendors to create seasonal changing menus going forward.
