Whole Foods Paramus has a new addition to its prepared foods department. A venue named ‘bibimbap’ is serving Korean-style bowls with a grain base (rice, quinoa, boodles) and then topped with proteins and various other items. It’s essentially Whole Foods’ take on the popular traditional Korean dish ― true to Korean BBQ flavors ― but featuring some healthier twists.

The concept is taking pride in its use of local ― with cage free eggs and kimchi (5 varieties of Mama O’s Kimchi). The full offerings (see below) are available as pre-configured ‘signature bowls’ or customers have the option to build their own. Prices start at $9 each.
