Previously reported scratch bakery Pies & Quiches from baker Karen Trento has opened in Park Ridge. As expected, Trento is serving a variety of baked goods including pies & quiches (naturally) and many small batch items like scones, cookies and her “mean crumb cake”. Trento rotates through a variety of flavors and fillings and expects to be open 6 days.
