Harvest Feast of Whiskies at Griffins in Cresskill November 3rd

On Monday, November 3rd, Griffin’s restaurant will be sharing a dinner by Chef Peter accompanied by course-matched Fine Whiskies selected and introduced by the maltmaster Prentiss Mooney. This is the 4th annual Harvest Feast of Whiskies at Griffins, with a menu to shared shortly. Reservations can be made by calling 201-541-7575.

Chef’s Cheese Selection, Spanish Chorizo, Prosciutto & Salt Nuts
– Talisker 10yr Isle of Skye Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Atlantic Lobster Bisque
– Connemara Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Salad of Kale, Bacon & Sunflower Seed w/ Sharp Cheddar Croutons
– Shieldaig 18yr Speyside Single Malt
Grilled Lamb Chops w/ Coffee & Chocolate Sauce
– Sheep Dip Oldbury Vatted Malt Scotch Whisky (and a wee Guinness)
Pumpkin Cheescake with Almond Brittle
– Teeling Small Batch Rum Cask Finished Irish Whiskey
