Lunch Now Served at S. Egidio in Ridgewood

S. Egidio, which in May beganserving itspizza napoletana in Ridgewood, is launching lunch for the first time. The menuwill feature a selection of wood-fired panino and mezzaluna (half moon) sandwiches, salads and (of course) pizzas. Their bread is cooked to order in their importedoven ― then filled witha varietyof salumi and cheese offerings ―including an imported Prosciutto Cotto stuffed with black truffle, a 24-month aged Prosciutto di Parma and a house slow-roasted Italian pulled Porchetta.
