Prudential Center and Legends Hospitality, who formed a multi-year partnership in June to overhaul the arena’s concessions, have announced a lineup featuring New Jersey-born Chef David Burke, and New Jersey-born, award-winning chef Mike Isabella and food from The Ryland Inn and Tony Boloney’s, who will bring their farm-fresh cuisine to Prudential Center guests.

Burke will debut two concepts: ‘Angry Taco (fresh Mexican cuisine, including tacos and burritos) and Burke’s Bacon Bar (featuring… bacon items). Isabella will have two spots based on his restaurants Graffiato and G by Mike Isabella: G Pizza (flatbreads and pizzas) and ‘Isabella’s G Sandwich (gourmet sandwiches).

Tony Boloney’s, which among other things operate the Mustache Mobile food truck, will bring the truck’s subs and cheesesteaks. The Ryland Inn will take over Prudential Center’s main restaurant as The Ryland Inn at The Rock. The all-new restaurant and will feature twists on the original location’s cuisine.

The other earlier reported food concessions that bore the “Born & Bread” locally-sourced, NJ food concept like ‘The Jersey Diner’, ‘Ironbound District’ and ‘Boardwalk’ are still part of the plan.

All the new food offerings will debut Saturday, October 18 as the New Jersey Devils host the San Jose Sharks at 7:00 p.m. in the team’s regular season home opener.
