Le Gourmet Factory’s beer pairing expert, Adam Hatzikyriakou, formerly of Defiant Brewery, will guide you through the tastings as you watch Chef Dana Cohen meticulously craft each plate. Seasonal menu to include: Artisan cheeses and charcuterie, Pan seared day boat scallop, Roasted squash bisque, Braised short rib; Flourless chocolate cake. Event is $85 per person.
