Jersey Boys Grill in New Milford has lifted the covers on a number of changes, which they are promoting as a grand re-opening of the brand.The highlights of the reveal are a new chef helming the kitchen, a move towards a “farm-to-table approach” with their culinary operations, and a number of weekly specials.

Managing Partner Tony Demiglio specifically hired Chef Paul Bazzini ― he started back in January ― for this eventual fall re-launch. Chef Paul is a Culinary Institiute of America grad, with 25+ years experience in fine dining and catering around the world (Jean Georges, Minisceongo Country Club, Pierce & Dunhill).  He is working closely with select farms and vendors to procure ingredients, as he ushers in a menu of “seasonal American comfort food” at Jersey Boys.

Chef Paul Bazzini has created what they feel is a quality menu – running more specials, gluten free items – all at a higher level than previously. He’ll even visit their farms when he can to personally pick vegetables.

The bar still offers 15 beers across 20 taps ― plus they’ve added flights for sampling and are planning on tap takeovers once a month. There’s also seasonal cocktails, daily drink specials and a selection of wine.

Jersey Boys is still keeping many of it’s popular weekly specials while adding a few more: Monday and Tuesday is 2 for 1 Pizzas, Tuesday is Ladies’ Night (1/2 price drinks), Wednesday is Prime Rib Night, Thursday Pasta Night and Happier Hour on Fridays and Saturdays, which runs from 10pm till 1am ― offering a selection food and drink specials.

The restaurant and bar seats 170 people plus their patio offers outdoor seating when the weather permits. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 11:30am-11:30pm (kitchen closes at 10pm), Friday 11:30am-1:00am (kitchen closes at 11:00pm), Saturday 12:00pm-1:00am (kitchen closes at 11:00pm) and Sunday 12:00pm-10:00pm (kitchen closes at 9pm).
