Mingos Coming Soon to Crowne Plaza Saddle Brook
With the eventual opening of the new Crowne Plaza in Saddle Brook (former Holiday Inn) near Route 80, dining options have been speculated for the property for some time. The hotel GM was happy to share some of the info, that the 12th floor will house a restaurant (and bar) named Mingos, a globally-inspired fine dining eatery. A similar restaurant of the same name and branding hails from Orlando, though the Saddle Brook location will feature a completely different menu. More details to come as the opening gets closer.
