Opening Alert: Delvina Restaurant, Cresskill, NJ

delvina_01

Brothers Rossi, Imer and Enver have opened Delvina, a Northern Italian restaurant in Cresskill. The restaurant, which replaces Spasso, is offering a menu (View Dinner; View Lunch) of homemade pastas, Italian apps and entrees plus a specials-only (they only offer what they’ve received from the fish market fresh each day) seafood menu.

The family all has spent time working in the restaurant industry, with Rossi owning Cliffs Steakhouse and Cafe Italiano in Englewood Cliffs and Enver as the chef in the kitchen and with Imer up in the front of house. They have purchased the liquor license from Spasso, though there will be a brief delay before they begin offering alcohol. The restaurant is open 7 days a week for both lunch and dinner.
