Pub and Seasonal Menu Launch this Weekend at Dog and Cask

Beginning today, Rochelle Park craft restaurant The Dog and Cask is rolling out their House Specialties (traditional dinner) menufor the fall and what they’ve dubbed theirAll-Day Pub Menu. Most notably, this is the first official menu for new chef Jeremiah Echeandia (Memoire, MK Valencia), who began helmingthe kitchen back in mid-July.

The Pub Menu (available all day) offers a selection of traditional “pub favorites”, while the House Specialties menu (available after 5pm) still features seasonally and locally sourced gastropub items. Both menus have a focus on homemade, artisan-crafted items ―though Echeandia was quick to mention a focus on sharing and the inclusion of sophisticated, but playful dishes.

A fall beverage menu includes homemade infusions plus the beer list is updated for fall with regional favorites and hard to find specialty brews on draft, cask and in bottles.
