Michael Merida, who most recently ran the kitchen at Cravings Tapas Bistro in Ridgewood (plus Mezza in Westwood and spent time at NYC’s Le Cirque, Le Bernardin and Vong), will be hosting pop-up nights at Trattoria Rustica in Montclair.

To be held twice a month, Merida will be doing a “tapas night”, featuring some of his signature dishes and some new ones as well. The plan is for a 10 course menu priced at $50 per person, with a limit of 80 guests for the night.
