Vital, a new health food restaurant and juice bar, has opened in Montclair. Owned and operated by brother and sister duo, Kwame and Nataki Williams, their goal was devise a meeting place for different tastes, cultures and walks of life.

Committed to introducing flavors and combinations that fuel and inspire a positive lifestyle, the menu will only include organic and locally farmed ingredients and will offer a wide range of gluten-free and vegan dishes, many dubbed “health food with a Caribbean twist”. customizable juices and smoothies and new spins of many classic dishes utilizing locally farmed and organic ingredients.

Vital will be opened Monday-Thursday 11AM- 10PM, Friday-Saturday 11AM- 11PM, Sunday 9AM-8PM. “We look forward to adding to the amazing array of restaurants in Montclair and giving people another option of flavors for their night on the town.” Said Executive Chef/ Co-owner Kwame Williams.
