Beer Garden Added to Food Truck Rally on August 14th
Bob Olson, one of the owner’s of Bergen County’s only craft brewery Bolero Snort (which launched February 2013), has confirmed that they will be hosting a beer garden at the upcoming Food Truck Rally at Overpeck Park on Thursday, August 14, 2014.
Bolero will pouring Ragin’ Bull Amber Lager, There’s No Rye-ing in Basebull Rye Beer and Longhop Session IPA. They are also working to make the event unique by working out food pairings with the trucks and even have a few of them create special menu items that feature/infuse their beer.
