Hand-Crafted Cocktail Dinner at Ruth’s Chris in Weehawken on August 21st


On August 21, Ruth’s Chris Steak House will celebrate its New Orleans heritage and cocktail craftsmanship with a five-course “Hand-Crafted Cocktail” dinner at 99 participating restaurants nationwide, including area location in Weehawken.

“This dinner is a five course celebration of the American cocktail, which has been an integral part of the American Steak House experience for generations. Guests will hear the fun lore behind each cocktail, taste our unique Ruth’s Chris twist and enjoy a dish inspired by the flavors of the hand-crafted drinks.” said Helen Mackey, Vice President of Menu Strategy and Innovation for Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

Guests are invited to share their experiences at the nationwide “Handcrafted Cocktail” pairing dinner by referencing the hashtag: #RCSHCocktailDinner. “Handcrafted Dinner” pricing varies by market with an average price of $90 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required for this event.

Second Course
Seared Ahi Tuna Steak with slaw, crispy rice cake, and fresh cilantro oil accompanied by Moscow Mule featuring Ketel One Vodka, Domain de Canton Ginger Liqueur, Ginger Ale, fresh lime juice and candied ginger

Third Course
Slow-Roasted Pork, Arepa Corn Cake creole sauce, and fresh avocado accompanied by Agave Bee’s Knees featuring Don Julio Anejo Tequila, Smirnoff Wild Honey Vodka, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup and candied honey stick
