After a few glasses of wine one night ― well, maybe more than a few ― Chef John Vitale and Butcher Salvatore Petruso decide to jump on the bacon craze with their own take: a bacon-wrapped filet mignon glazed with a Vermont maple syrup. Petruso explains the cut of meat while Vitale whisks the filet to the Caffe Anello kitchen for a quick prep and grill.
