The 3rd Annual Burger Contest has ended at Zinburger, the upscale burger and wine concept with locations in Clifton, Nanuet and Paramus. Zinburger invited burger fans to submit their own burger creations via Zinburger’s Facebook Page through August 12, 2014 (Check out last year’s winner, the Burgpocalypse). The three finalists chosen from those entries were:

Ultimate Korean BBQ – Certified Angus Beef patty seasoned Korean BBQ style, Manchego cheese, traditional Kimchi and spicy Sriracha mayo

Honolulu Baby – Certified Angus Beef patty, surfing on waves of charred pineapple, volcanic fire roasted red peppers, swiss cheese, mayo and a true local love – SPAM- all between two oven bronzed buns

Southern Swag – Certified Angus Beef patty with lettuce, Sriracha ranch, jalapeno pimento cheese and fried pickles

After hundreds of submissions and weeks of online voting, burger fans will now be saying ‘Aloha’ to the Honolulu Baby Burger at Zinburger. The Honolulu Baby Burger priced at $12, will be featured at all local  Zinburger locations from September 15-21. The burger consists of a Certified Angus Beef patty with charred pineapple, volcanic fire roasted red peppers, swiss cheese, mayo and a Hawaiian favorite – SPAM – all between two oven roasted bronzed buns.
