Chef John Vitale has Caffe Anello sous chef Matthew Borgersen show viewers how they make their homemade pasta, in particular their house specialty Bucatini Carbonara ― prepared in the traditional Roman style. After Borgersen extrudes the bucatini from the pasta maker, he crafts the Carbonara sauce as Chef Vitale then returns to finish the dish and give a little background on where he discovered its origins.
