Pork Cheeks on the Menu Right Now at Mighty Quinn’s in Clifton


Mighty Quinn’s BBQ has been running Smoked Pork Cheeks as a special at their NYC locations recently, but now have added them to the mix beginning today at their Clifton location.

According to pitmaster and co-owner Hugh Mangum, he’s using a heritage Cheshire pork cheek that is simply seasoned with Kosher salt and cracked black pepper before being smoked for 8-10 hours. The cut is similar to pork butt or other tough cuts of meat which Magnum refers to as “mini pillows of pork goodness”.
