Tom Cizsak of Chakra Launches Summer Menu (and TV Appearance)
Chef Thomas Ciszak showcased a dish from new summer menu at Chakra in Paramus on Fox 5 TV’s Good Day New York this past week. During the segment, Ciszak made an Heirloom Tomato and Watermelon Salad with fine herbs, lavender, honey and Valley Shepherd Creamery pepato cheese. The dish showcases the agricultural bounty of New Jersey produce and feature edible flowers from Trauger’s, herbs and basil from Terhune Farms and tomatoes from Bracco Farms.
