As expected, the Jersey Mike’s Subs location in Northvale (Ramsey is coming soon as well) will open in next Wednesday, June 25th. Started in 1956, the chain known for its “fresh sliced/fresh grilled” subs (View Menu) now has 1,300 restaurants open and under development nationwide and has nearly doubled in size the last 3 years.

This location for the fast casual chain is owned by franchisee Greg Gillmann, who grew up eating Jersey Mike’s down the shore. He was so enamored as a customer and worker (at their Brick location) of the chain, he decided to go out and open his own.
