The 2014 edition of the River Vale Outdoor Farmers Market returns today, Thursday, June 19, 2014  and continues until October 30, 2014 from 12-6pm, at 406 Rivervale Rd (behind the tennis courts and Town Hall).  They have over 15 vendors selling fresh local produce,  a variety of homemade prepared foods, artisan soaps, gluten free products, fresh baked breads and cheese, locally made ice cream, Amish country baked goods, gourmet pickles, olives, nuts and dried fruits.  A variety of guest vendors and entertainers will also be joining the market throughout the season including: musicians, balloon artist, artisan pottery, handmade knits, locally run businesses, non-profit organizations, handmade dog products, and free health screenings from Hackensack Hospital.  Check out their website for a full list of our vendors and calendar of events or visit their Facebook Page.
