Farm to Table Dinner at Hilton Woodcliff Lake on June 19th

The Chef to Farm dinner series at Hilton Woodcliff Lake, is an opportunity for their guests to enjoy the freshest foods and produce in the sublime beauty of our Farms, the true treasures of this New Jersey State.

The evening begins with a wine tasting reception with the guest winemaker. Th event then moves into the backyard area where tables dressed in white linen and candlelight offer a view of the al fresco kitchen. Each dinner is cooked from scratch and showcases that day’s best produce. The ingredients are sourced from local farmers, ranchers and fishermen. The five course dinner will be prepared by chef Nickolas Lucci on Thursday, June 19, 2014 from 5:30pm-8:00pm for $80 per person(all inclusive, includes entertainment, wine and dinner).

1/2 Murray Farms Chicken, Apple Chicken Sausage Hash and Rosemary Brodo
