The Nyack Chamber of Commerce has extended its Thursday Farmers’ Market to Saturdays beginning tomorrow, June 7, 2014 from 8:00am to 1:00pm. The new Market will be open every Saturdayrain or shine, through November 22, 2014 in the municipal parking lot on Main Street at the center of Nyack village. Free parking is available in the Artopee lot adjacent to the Market, and a new feature will allow shoppers with food stamp benefits to use their EBT cards at the Market.

The Market’s 18 vendors will offer a copious, farm-fresh Spring harvest along with other delights — including cut flowers; free-range eggs; fresh pies and baked goods; honey and maple syrup; specialty teas; artisanal soaps; fine local wines — and more. For our very best friends, homemade gourmet dog treats will also be on offer every week.
