The Cellar Club, the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn’s monthly wine education series (no membership required) will feature California Wines on Wednesday, May 21st at 6:30 in the Tavern. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres will be paired with Taittinger Domaine Carneros Brut Rose, Napa, a distinct sparkly wine made from organic, pristine grapes and Flora Springs Merlot, a perfectly balanced wine from Napa’s famous artisan wine making family. Sonoma’s Ferrari Carano Fume Blanc, a classic crisp wine made from Sauvignon grapes and the distinct Alexander Valley Vineyards Cabernet Franc will also be served. Although California is home to more than one-thousand plus vineyards, the Napa and Sonoma regions are considered world class as participants will learn.
