Chef Darryl Harmon will be appearing on Thursday, May 1st at Chef Central in Paramus doing a three course meal for the store’s “Chef’s Table” feature. The event is $65 per person and for Adults 18+. Chef Darryl Harmon is an award-winning celebrity chef and National Brand Ambassador for Certified Angus Beef . Locally, Chef Harmon has worked at the noted Water Works Restaurant in Philadelphia and is presently the Executive Chef at Mana Bistro in Jersey city (located inside a 100,000 sq ft art gallery), as well as Chef/Consultant of the Raven & Peach in Fairhaven, New Jersey and owner of On the Edge Events, a catering company.
