Typically the words “gourmet” and “Passover” are not used in the same sentence, but Tova’s All Natural Cookies & Cakes is a popup bakery trying to change that, making classic French pastries including macarons, cakes and tarts that are Kosher for Passover.

Blythe and Mark Roth along with their daughter Tova, were tired of the stereotypes surrounding traditional Passover desserts, so they set out to change things. The result is Tova’s line of baked goods which are made without matzo meal and are gluten & dairy free, and contain no preservatives. They even make their own organic vegetable color dyes. They are certified Kosher for Passover by the RCBC (Rabbinical Council of Bergen County), and are Pareve and Non Gebrucks.

Tova’s All Natural Cakes & Cookies is based in Teaneck, NJ and are available online at www.TovasAllNatural.com and at select retailers in New Jersey and New York. Their website will accept orders until Sunday, April 13th for deliveries the following day available in the New Jersey/New York area.
