S. Egidio Bringing Their Neapolitan Pizza To Ridgewood
Update: S. Egidio Ridgewood (Menu) is now open
S. Egidio, a new Napoletana pizza restaurant in Ridgewood, is coming soon with an “authentic taste of Italy”. The owners told us that they take their offerings very seriously, offering high quality salumi and cheeses plus top notch espresso. The master pizzaiolo and chef Francesco is from Italy, who’ll be cooking in a wood-fired oven they’ve imported directly from Naples. They expect to open soon at their new “intimate” home of Broad Street.
