Kocher’s in Ridgefield Headed to Fort Lee and Online

Kocher’s, the old world German butcher located in Ridgefield, has closed their doors. According to owner Kenneth Mayer, their products will still be available online beginning in July at http://www.bswstore.com. In addition, one of their employees – Howard Haag – will continue their tradition with a new shop called Kocher’s Market in Fort Lee, at 1400 Anderson Avenue sometime in April.
