First Course
17 Summer Salad- Escarole, Fennel, Orange, Moroccan Cured Olives, and Citrus Vinaigrette
Fromage- Classic French Cheese Plate
Vegetable Terrine- Layers of fresh vegetables, goat cheese, sherry vinaigrette

Second Course
Beef Bourguignon- Originating in the Burgundy region, Slowly braised beef in red wine
Black Bass Provencal- Pan Seared Black Bass, fresh tomato sauce, olives, and capers

Third Course
Homemade Crepes- filled with lemon curd
Homemade Chocolate Mousse
