Waterside Restaurant, which sits along River Road in North Bergen with it’s “breathtaking views of the New York skyline”,  has completely overhauled its dinner menu.

The new “tapas”-style menu (see below), was created by Executive Chef Karlo Dobric to allow patrons to enjoy multiple tastes and flavors instead of having to commit to a singular main course. The menu features about 25 small plates, plus a selection of foreign and domestic cheeses and meats that were curated by Dobric for their quality. The Salumi and Formaggi can be purchased individually or in groups of 3 and 5.

Of course there are still some main course-sized dishes for those looking a full meal and the discussion about Waterside wouldn’t be complete without another mention of those river views, especially during the warmer months when dining and drinking is available outside along the water. Waterside is open 7 days for lunch and dinner with the addition of brunch service on Sundays.
