Gypsy Donut, which opened in Nyack a little over a year and half ago from a successful Kickstarter campaign, is crowdfunding again to bring a donut truck to fruition.

The Gypsy Donut Food Truck is part of a bigger plan to bring more visibility to the shop and it’s offerings. The team hopes for hit farmer’s markets, festivals and mobile parties.

The use of Kickstarter appears that Gypsy Donut is coming full circle as they head towards 2 years in business. Gypsy Donut was originally conceived as a truck according to the campaign’s description and Gypsy was built using Kickstarter funds in the first place. Either way, a number of reward tiers are available for supporters including coffee & donuts, a coffee & donut party, a beard shaving (yes really) party and truck naming rights.
