Novu restaurant from former executive chef at River Palm Terrace in Mahwah, has soft opened in Wayne. The 110 seat BYOB spot from Tony Dumani is open at 4:30pm for dinner Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. Our previous coverage featured their first announcement and then the reveal of their menu.
