This richly historic New York event (akin to the New England Clambake or Texas Barbecue) began around the middle of the last century. It was a time to celebrate eating…not polite eating, but abundant, glorious, gluttonous eating! The menu starts with buffalo mozzarella, caesar salad, crabmeat & shrimp cocktail and then for the main course they serve massive amounts of certified aged sirloin of beef with all the “fixings”.
