Join Gypsy Donut Coffee Manager Eric for a coffee cupping and question/answer class Thursday January 16th at 6pm. Cost is $10 per person and all students get 20% off any coffee bags. Cupping is the official way to judge and evaluate a coffee. Eric will lead students through the different tastes and characteristics in coffee and the ways to evaluate them and rate them. Students will sample three varieties of Stumptown coffee. After the cupping, Eric will take questions about coffee and coffee preparation.
