mood ‘wiches, the new sandwich-centric shop from the owners of tast eatery (which is re-branding as Mood Food Kitchen sometime later this year) in Fort Lee, has opened on the Lemoine Avenue. Built on the idea that eating healthy is the “foundation of a good mood”, Owner Yong Shin has expanded the sandwich section of his menu from tast Eatery along with some of the smoothies and baked goods, then added some salads, a breakfast menu and more (see full menu below).

All of their meats are free range and humanely raised with no anitbiotics or hormones. Shin sources the meats from small, local farms and all eggs are naturally raised on an Amish farm which gives the eggs more nutrients than normal eggs. They bake all their pastries, cookies, etc… even the almond milk is homemade.

mood’wiches is open 6 days a week (for now) and is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner for eating in, takeout and local delivery.
