First there was the Porkpocalypse, then the Twinkiepocalypse, a Wingpocalypse, and the still to be determined Srirachapocalypse. Now there’s the Velveetapocalypse (just in time for the “big game”) to worry about. Every major news entity is reporting that Kraft Foods is seeing that high demand is the main issue, driving a limited supply of the cheese-esque product at retail.
If you’ve got some in the fridge, tucked away for a rainy fay or plan on paying some opportunistic sellers on eBay, take solace in one of these official Velveeta recipes this winter from Kraft’s website.
