Red Cedar Market Seasonal Kitchen, the local market/seasonal kitchen/bakery from Cafe Amici’s (Wyckoff) Arthur Toufayan, has opened in Ho-Ho-Kus. Chef Toufayan told us that the 22 seat space offers a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner items (see menu below) to eat in or for takeout. Red Cedar bakes it’s own bread and pastries and will feature foods crafted with seasonal ingredients from local farms that Toufayan has built relationships with from Cafe Amici. He also mentioned that he would like to offer tasting menus from time to time for dinner, though he has no specific time frame yet to when that would be.
