Via Facebook: On Wednesday, December 18th, mémoire in Ridgewood will be testing their lunch menu and are inviting people to join them for a sneak peek of their lunch service (prices will range from $10-$15). ** Grilled top sirloin sandwich with caramelized onions, maytag blue cheese served on a brioche bun

** Duck leg confit with roasted vegetables and garlic pomme puree, duck jus
** Roasted pumpkin seed crusted salmon with butter head lettuce, dried cranberries, bartlett pears, citrus vinaigrette
