Update: The Dog and Cask is now open

The Dog & Cask, the new restaurant celebrating all things craft, will be opening Thursday, December 12, 2013 in Rochelle Park (replacing Bistro 55) and celebrating through the weekend.

A quick recap from our previous post: Chef Jason Ramos (Bernards Inn, Pluckemin Inn) will be helming the kitchen of a constantly changing menu  with an emphasis on homemade. The bar will feature craft beer (6 permanent and 6 rotating choices on tap and cask conditioned ales),wines from smaller vineyards (with up to 30 available by the glass) and cocktails of the artisanal and craft spirit variety (with fresh fruits use to make homemade infusions).
