The seasons have finally changed at St. Eve’s in Ho-Ho-Kus with the introduction of their Fall/Winter menus (Website: Lunch, Dinner). The menu from Chef Christianson, which typically changes twice a year, gets a complete overhaul with the exception of a few customer faves. The only current holdover from the Spring/Summer menu is the Dry Aged Sirloin Burger. As always, they run several appetizer and entree specials on a daily basis for both lunch and dinner.

Their lunch menu now features a Soup of the Day and Sandwich of the Day that change on a weekly basis (First lunch soup: Butternut Squash and Chestnut Bisque with Nutmeg Cream; First lunch sandwich: Rosemary Roasted Organic Chicken Breast, Hickory Smoked Bacon, Melted Brie, Baby Arugula & Apple Sage Aioli which is also served with a Housemade Coleslaw and Daily Cut French Fries).

Options for vegetarian and gluten-free customers include a Butternut Squash Ravioli which is served with a brown sage butter and burrata cheese and a pasta-free, wood-grilled Vegetable Lasagna. Additionally, all salads can be modified to include chicken, shrimp, steak or salmon.

One dinner item they brought back from last year is the Wood-grilled Hanger Steak which is served with cream corn and a red wine sauce. The dinner menu also includes a Duck dish, a Venison dish, several house-made pastas, Filet Mignon and Salmon.

St. Eve’s is open Tuesdays to Sundays for both lunch and dinner. Reservations can be made by calling (201) 857-4717.
