Opening Alert: Veriella’s Bakery, Carlstadt, NJ
Veriella’s Bakery, a new bakery serving specialty cakes, pastries, espresso we mentioned last month, is soft opening today in Carlstadt. As with any soft opening, expect limited hours and menu items available. They released a sneak peek yesterday of apple turnovers and sfogliatelle as items that will be available today. Veriella’s Bakery is open seven days, from 6:30am-7:00pm Monday thru Saturday and 6:30am-4:00pm Sundays.
