Opening Alert: Bagel Culture, Glen Rock, NJ

bagelculture2

Bagel Culture has celebrated their grand opening and has been up in running for a few weeks. The Glen Rock shop is serving bagels rolled, boiled and baked the traditional New York way right on premise with other choices for breakfast and lunch. Bagel Culture uses what they feel are the finest ingredients possible, including exclusive use of King Arthur Sir Lancelot un-bleached and un-bromated flour. Their poultry and eggs (organic) are sourced locally from Goffle Farms in Wyckoff.

All of their salads are made in-house as are their flavored cream cheeses.  Specialty flavored cream cheeses include: four berry, maple walnut raisin and pumpkin spice (amongst others). They prepare their coffee from Toby’s Estate roasters, brought in from Williamsburg Brooklyn.  They even refuse to use leftover coffee for their iced varieties, instead cold brewing it with the Toddy system.

Their lunch menu consists of sandwiches using house roasted Goffle Farm turkey, grilled chicken and roast beef.  Their is a weekly homemade soup available, with a free cup given to those who purchase a signature sandwich at full price.
